Is my game account safe?

Yes. iGrush uses secure delivery methods and never requests your full login details. However, all trades carry some inherent risk depending on publisher rules.

How does the purchasing process work?

What are the payment limits and fees?

Payment Limits:

Due to risk control and compliance requirements, you may encounter payment restrictions when making purchases on iGrush. These limits may be adjusted according to internal policies. Please refer to the Top-Up or Purchase page for the most up-to-date information.  

Payment Fees:
Banks or payment systems may charge transaction fees.
For example, payments made via Skrill / Trustly / Paysafecard currently incur a 3.5% + $0.41 fee. This applies to most countries and regions that support these payment methods. Fees may vary depending on your payment method and region. Please check the Payment page for accurate and current fee details.

What should I know before paying with cryptocurrency?

We support USDC, USDT and others. Please make sure the token and blockchain network match the checkout instructions to avoid loss. Blockchain network fees apply; iGrush does not charge any extra crypto handling fees.

Why did my credit card payment fail?

Common reasons include:

Amount too high → try a smaller payment (below $100).

Bank declined payment → contact your bank or use another card.

Exceeded iGrush platform limit → use another method.

No charges will apply to failed payments.

Orders

How fast is delivery?

Most orders are delivered within 1–2 hours.

How are items or coins delivered?

Delivery methods vary by game (face-to-face trade, comfort trade, in-game mail, etc.).

Why did I receive only part of my order?

Sometimes items are split due to stock limits. You’ll receive the rest shortly — full delivery is always guaranteed.

What if I entered wrong order info?

We’re not responsible for incorrect or incomplete order details. Double-check your game account, username, and server before confirming your purchase.

My payment succeeded, but the order failed. Why?

This usually means the transaction is pending authorization.

Banks may hold funds for 3–7 business days before release.

If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.

I received a “Shipped” email but nothing in-game. What now?

Check your spam folder and confirm your iGrush email verification.

Then log out and back into your game — delivery updates may take up to 60 minutes.

Are there shipping costs?

No. All products are digital and delivered via email or in-game.

A supplier asked me to return the items — should I?

Never! This is a scam. Our suppliers will never request returns. Keep your delivered goods.

How do I request a refund?

If we fail to deliver your order, you are entitled to a refund. However, once digital goods are delivered to a valid account, refunds are typically not available. For full terms, please review our Refund Policy.

Game-Related

My game won’t launch. What should I do?

Check your system requirements on the product page and update your GPU drivers.

If the issue persists, reinstall the game or contact the official publisher — iGrush is not the game developer.

Game-Keys Issues

Where can I find my game key?

You’ll receive it in your order confirmation email and inside your iGrush account under Order Center.

My key was already used. What should I do?

Check your personal account to confirm whether the key has already been activated. If the problem persists after verifying these steps, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

My key doesn’t work.

Ensure you’re redeeming it on the right platform and inputting it correctly (watch out for letter-number confusion like O/0). If it still fails, reach out to support.

How do I use a coupon?

During checkout, select your coupon from the dropdown list — the discount will apply automatically before payment.
