1. Account Related

1.1 How to Register on the Trading Platform?

Access the trading platform via the link igrush.com, and click the "Register" button at the top right corner to complete the registration.

1.2 How to Log in to the Trading Platform

Access the trading platform via the link igrush.com, click the "Log In" button at the top right corner, and enter the login page. You can log in using your email or Google account.

1.3 How to Reset the Login Password?

Go to Personal Center-Settings, reset your login password, and complete the login password change.

1.4 Is It Possible to Change the Email Address?

Currently, the trading platform does not support the modification of bound email addresses. Each email address can only be bound to one platform account. If you have any questions, you can send an email to our official email address operation@igrush.com or contact the online customer service.

1.5 How to Change Language and Currency?

You can find the current language and currency settings in the site navigation bar. Click on it to make changes.

Alternatively, after logging into your account, go to "My Account" – "Settings" – "Preferences Settings" to modify these settings.

2. Transaction Related

2.1 How does the purchasing process work on iGRush?

(1) You can search directly for the game title or browse by category (Game Gold, Game Items, Game Boosting, Game Accounts).

(2) Once you find the desired product, enter the quantity and fill in the delivery information.

(3) Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.

(4) After the payment is successful, you’ll receive an order number. You can also track your order status on the “Order Center” page.

2.2 What happens if I enter the wrong order information?

Important Notice:
iGRush is not responsible for any issues caused by user negligence, false or incorrect information, or other errors. Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please make sure to:

  • Double-check all order information before payment (such as game account, username, server, etc.) to avoid delivery issues.
  • Understand that due to service provider policies, once an order is fulfilled, it cannot be canceled or refunded. You may place a new order if needed, but we cannot take responsibility for mistakes in your original purchase.

2.3 My order failed, but I was still charged — why?

In most cases, if your order shows a "Payment Failed" status but you were charged, it may be due to a temporary authorization hold, not an actual completed transaction. This hold is usually released within 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please note: Some payment methods (such as cryptocurrencies) are non-refundable by nature and do not support automatic refunds for overpayments or incorrect transactions.

2.4 How do I request a refund?

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If we are unable to fulfill your order, you are entitled to request a refund.

However, due to the digital nature of our products, if you provided incorrect information and the item has already been delivered, we typically do not offer refunds.

2.5 What Are the Payment Limits and Fees?

Payment Limits:
Due to risk control and compliance, there may be restrictions on how much you can pay per transaction. These limits may vary depending on internal policies. Please check the top-up or purchase page for current information.

Payment Fees:
Banks or payment systems may charge fees. For example, PayPal currently charges 5.50% + €0.50 per transaction, applicable to most countries/regions supporting PayPal.

2.6 What Should I Know Before Paying with Cryptocurrency?

iGRush supports crypto payments including USDC, USDT, PYUSD, etc. You can choose the crypto payment option during checkout (see example image).

Important Notes:

(1) Ensure the selected network and token match the details shown at checkout to avoid potential fund loss.

(2) Both payment and refund may incur network fees. These are usually due to blockchain transaction rules and cross-chain operations. iGRush does not charge any extra crypto-related fees.

2.7 Credit Card Payment Failed – Causes and Solutions

If your credit card payment fails, carefully review the error message. Below are some common causes and suggested solutions:

(1) Transaction Amount Too High
Errors like "Declined" or "Suspected Fraud" may be triggered by high payment amounts.
Try limiting each transaction to under $100, then retry.

(2) Bank Declined the Payment
Often the decline comes from your bank, not iGRush. Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds.
  • Card restricted or frozen by the issuer. Please contact your bank or card issuer for more details.

(3) iGRush Rejected the Payment
We may reject transactions in cases such as:

  • The same card being used on multiple iGRush accounts.
  • You've reached the platform's payment limit.

Note:
If a payment fails, iGRush does not charge you.
You may try using another card, splitting the purchase into smaller amounts, or using a different browser/device.
Ensure that your browser doesn’t block pop-ups. If you still have questions about your payment, click "Contact Support" for assistance.

3. Coupon related

3.1 How to get Coupons?

Please pay attention to our iGRush official website, which will launch various discount activities from time to time, and you can get them through the activities.

3.2 How to use Coupons?

Click on your payment order, you will see the coupon selection option on the payment details page, you can freely choose the coupon you can deduct, after checking the system will automatically calculate the discount amount, when you pay, subtract the coupon amount plus the payment fee to get your actual payment amount.
