Refund Policy

At iGRush.com, we are committed to providing our customers with a secure and reliable platform, as well as competitive pricing for all products. When purchasing through iGRush, customers may be eligible for a full refund under reasonable circumstances.


I. Situations Eligible for a Refund:


1. Product Not Received If you have paid for an order but have not received the product within the specified delivery timeframe, you may request a refund.


2. Duplicate Payment for a Single Order If a duplicate payment is made for the same order and the product has not yet been delivered, we will refund the duplicate amount upon request.


3. Incomplete Payment Verification To ensure the transaction matches the actual account holder, we may request additional verification. If you refuse to provide the required information or fail to respond within 7 calendar days, the order will be canceled and refunded immediately.


4. Payment Amount Discrepancy If the payment amount is less than the total order value, you will be given the opportunity to cover the difference. If you fail to respond or refuse within 7 days, the order will be canceled and the original payment refunded.


5. Product Does Not Match Description If the delivered product significantly deviates from its description on the platform, you may request a refund.


6. No Shipping or Handling Fees for Digital Goods Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds will not incur any shipping or handling charges.




II. Refunds Are Not Applicable in the Following Cases:


1. Order Fully Delivered and Confirmed If we have successfully delivered the product as per the order details and the buyer has confirmed receipt, no refund will be granted.


2. Unpaid Orders Orders that have not been paid are not eligible for a refund.


3. Transactions Outside iGRush Transactions conducted outside the iGRush.com platform are not covered by this refund policy and are not eligible for protection.


4. Buyer Remorse or Incorrect Purchase We do not issue refunds for cases where the buyer is dissatisfied, changes their mind, or mistakenly purchases digital products. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product details and confirming the correct game, server, account name, and purchase amount before finalizing the transaction. We are not responsible for any mistakes caused by negligence or incorrect/incomplete information provided by the buyer.


5. Fraudulent Refund Claims If we determine that a refund request is fraudulent or deceptive, we reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the associated account.


6. By purchasing any product from iGRush, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy




III. EU Right of Withdrawal


1. Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days without giving any reason.


2. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the delivery has begun. As all products offered on iGRush are digital and available for immediate delivery, execution of the contract begins once the payment is made. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these transactions, unless the product has not been delivered or does not match its description.
